With Sprouting Tree Yoga

Sprouting Tree Yoga and Play Collective Preschool are teaming up to bring you children's yoga enrichment classes! These pop up classes are open to the public and are held in the cozy enrichment room at Play Collective Preschool in Ashland. Taught by Katie Aissis, founder & instructor of Sprouting Tree Yoga. This mixed age class (ages 2-6) will explore yoga & mindfulness concepts through movement, play, songs, children's literature, games, and more. Class begins with a greeting/warm-up activity, followed by movement & and mindfulness practice, and ends with guided relaxation. Expect your little one to learn effective self-regulation/relaxation skills to use beyond the mat all while having loads of fun! Mats are be provided. This is a drop off event as space is limited.
